Crème Fraiche

Our Crème Fraiche is made using a traditional French method which produces a very natural thick cream without relying on thickeners or emulsifiers as so many mass-produced thickened cream do.  Our cream is set using a yoghurt culture, which results in a decadent, luscious cream with a slight tartness, perfect for both sweet and savoury dishes.  Of course it’s the quality of our Jersey cream that makes this product outstanding – it’s used on the menu at Rockpool restaurant.
