Natural Pot Set Yoghurt

This traditional pot-set yoghurt has a natural curd which has been hand made using milk from our Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. The Pot Set method we use creates a fresh flavour, a delicate texture and ensures the yoghurt is brimming with the beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, casei and bulgarius, Streptococcus thermophilus and Bifidobacterium.
